Marc Galanter is a psychiatry professor of the New York University School of Medicine and Founding Directory of the Division of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. The Marc Galanter MD Award honors individuals who make contributions to biological aspects of addiction as well as recovery capital frameworks.
