Overview
Hosted by the Consortium on Addiction Recovery Science (CoARS) since 2024, the National Conference on Addiction Recovery Science (NCARS) claims to be the only national conference exclusively focused on the science of substance use disorder recovery. It was designed as a virtual-first event to maximize accessibility and input into discussions about measuring recovery capital rather than just abstinence or harm reduction.
