Overview
An adaptive treatment strategy (ATS) involves tuning treatment plans based on a patient’s history of responses to previous treatments. Chronic diseases and health conditions that require ongoing management and long-term coordination implicitly follow an ATS, but some patients may also have an explicitly specified ATS.
